What You'll Be Doing:
- Communicate effectively with your supervisor to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all equipment used
- Pack and tube products with care and attention to detail
- Fold products and ensure proper weight within required parameters
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Achieve production goals and help maintain efficiency
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Quick learners with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail and good observation skills
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and move around the facility regularly
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass a background check
- OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (preferred, but not required)
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Location: In-person, Portland area
