What You’ll Do:
As a Gardener, you’ll take charge of daily tasks that directly impact plant health, productivity, and quality, working collaboratively with a team committed to excellence.
- Monitor Plant Health: Conduct daily inspections to assess health, growth, and crop quality.
- Nutrient Management: Adjust nutrient solutions and maintain balanced feeding schedules.
- Green-Work Responsibilities: Execute essential tasks like pruning, defoliating, cloning, training, and trellising.
- Production Schedule: Adhere to a comprehensive schedule, from propagation through harvest.
- Pest Control: Implement Integrated Pest Management protocols to maintain a healthy cultivation environment.
- Space Maintenance: Keep cultivation areas organized, sanitized, and free of contaminants.
- Record-Keeping: Document plant growth stages, environmental data, and daily activities accurately.
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Licenses: OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Cultivation Knowledge: Basic understanding of grow practices and equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow protocols and maintain meticulous records.
- Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekend shifts as required.
