Key Skills:
- Drive the project requirements and liaison with Business and IT solution/Dev team from initiation to completion end to end as a BSA
- Experience working in commercial pharma
- Plan user acceptance test (UAT), support creation of UAT scripts and facilitate UAT
- Perform knowledge transfer to Training & Communication teams. Support user deployment activities as needed.
- Analyze and document requirements as user stories (scope) and business rules (use cases) and UX needs (wireframing).
- Strong experience in Agile methodology and working in Scrum teams is a must have. (Scrum certification is a plus) - Epic, User Stories, JIRA
- SQL experience
- Experience in UI/UX design especially pertaining to Data Dashboard design
- experience with data visualization and business intelligence software (ETL, Data Integration, Master Data, Qlik, SAS,...)
