Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic and innovative projects and being responsible for:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the International Dropshipping Program across five Latin American markets, focusing on market trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as commercial, logistics, marketing, and product, to align on strategic priorities and optimize initiatives.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the program and optimize initiatives accordingly.
- Identify and onboard key sellers to expand the dropshipping ecosystem, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
- Lead strategic projects to enhance seller and buyer experiences, ensuring alignment with Mercado Libre’s long-term vision and seamless execution across regional and local teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, category management, or international business development.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Live in the US with a Visa and/or permanent work authorization.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
