**Experience:**
- Proven background in industrial maintenance, preferably as a millwright or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong welding skills for fabrication and repair tasks.
- Familiarity with hydraulics and other mechanical systems.
