What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative/Maintenance Coordinator position at Mercantile Property Management Corp.?
The Client Service/Maintenance Coordinator position is a full-time position that provides customer service to our clients. The Customer Service Coordinator acts a liaison between owners, venders, and Mercantile Property Management offices. This is a hands-on position and will require the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
· Answer Phones/Sorting Mail/scanning/managing office supplies.
· Communicate with clients and employees.
· Communicate with owners and venders as needed.
· Prepare newsletters/directories and general correspondence.
· Update Property information electronically.
· Update Website (Property Portals)
· Track contractors, venders, work orders and contracts.
· Schedule meetings, and prepare meeting packages as needed.
· Schedule and track inspections.
· Obtain estimates and send out proposals as needed.
· Schedule maintenance when needed, and prioritize for maintenance staff.
· Scan documents/open mail
· Close and track work orders for maintenance staff and payroll.
· Keep Inventory of all keys and materials.
· Assist Teams as needed.
· Handle Clubhouse Rentals.
· Have the ability to lift 10-15 Lbs.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft office.
· Knowledge of Outlook.
· Ability to learn industry specific software.
· Excellent Customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Hingham, MA 02043: Relocate before starting work (Required)
