Mercedes-Benz USA Customer Data Management Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities
The Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) is will act as the technical ambassador of business teams and work with mostly internal customers on creating business value from customer data. The JAC will be the expert on identifying target audiences, creating dashboards and reports for customer data use cases, and implementing processes for data quality to ensure effectiveness of the different use cases
Primary Responsibilities of JAC :
This role will work on all aspects of Mercedes-Benz North American customer data from data intake and data enhancements to consumption by various internal customers. The JAC will work with various business units on implementing self-serve dashboards for identifying specific customers or groups for a variety of business programs and marketing initiatives and will also be responsible for implementing Data Quality reporting to drive data hygiene standards and improvements
The JAC will act as the SME on customer profile matching logic (Master Data Management) and work closely with MB IT and vendors to refine and enhance the North American Customer 360 profile.
Qualifikationen Qualifications
- Last year of bachelor's program or graduate program
- Available from March 31st, 2025 to March 30th, 2026
- Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
- Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
- Oral and written communication skills in English
Preferred Skillset
Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, or related field
Experience in scaling data and digital services
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and languages such as SQL, Databricks, Power BI
Customer and target oriented thinking
Strong self-motivation and organization and ability to work in an agile environment
Great collaboration and partnership skills with both internal and external stakeholders
