Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR:
- Greeting and assisting customers with service write up
- Handling incoming and outgoing appointment setting and service calls
- Assisting Service team with day to day operations of the department
- Reviewing repairs and invoices with customer and collecting payment as needed
- Complete follow up as directed with guests for Customer Surveys
- Ensure proper documentation is completed to comply with regulations and standards
- Generate service repair orders
- Motivate Service Technicians
- Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills
- Make recommendations based on time and mileage
- Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
