What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Accurately document customer concerns and relay them to the service technicians.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, costs, and repair timelines.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
• Consistently meet or exceed service and sales performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands.
• Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive service software and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Problem Solver: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
• Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
