- Updating daily sales doc.
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing all new and used vehicles.
- Ensuring the lot (Mercedes and Sprinter) is merchandised daily, in preparation for store opening with a neat and welcoming appearance.
- Supervising lot porters to maintain order and cleanliness.
- Supporting the team in organizing and executing snow removal.
- Managing the collection of books and keys for new/used vehicles, and ensuring wheel locks are properly installed.
- Coordinating the pickup and delivery of swap vehicles and auction purchases.
- Processing wholesale transactions on a weekly basis.
- Assisting the GSM with data-related tasks.
- Assist in Dealer Trades
- Performing monthly audits of inventory by physically walking the lot with a spreadsheet and clipboard, reconciling new and used inventory.
- Assisting in Loaner car inventory from reporting through the service process.
- Learning the process of DDR cars with incentives.

- Automotive experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
