Your Purpose as a Financing and Insurance Coordinator:

• Prepare and print deal paperwork to support the sales team and customer signing process.
• Assist with securing financing approvals and submitting E-contracts to banks
• Update deal information across internal systems and process sublet invoices
• Finalize deals for accounting and verify MSOs, titles, and dealer trade documents
• Maintain a professional appearance and workspace; support additional tasks as needed

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
