Your Purpose as a Sales Consultant:
- Serve as the primary ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, promoting a high-quality experience for guests.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the sales process and deep knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free experience throughout the guest’s buying journey.
- Actively monitor the sales floor to ensure all guests and employees are receiving the attention and support they need.
- Meet sales and performance goals, and create performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, securing each sale and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
- Generate additional revenue by selling vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with multiple finance sources, including the manufacturer.
- Review all paperwork for accuracy, including title, lien information, taxes, etc., before submitting to accounting.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
