Luxury Automotive Dealership in Orange County, New York is seeking a Biller/DMV Clerk.
The position requires a positive, organized, detail oriented individual with at least one year dealership motor vehicle experience. This position requires daily interaction with several departments including our Sales team, Accounting & Inventory Department. We are looking for someone who will compliment the culture of the store.
Knowledge of out of state motor vehicle is a MUST.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Review and bill lease and retail deals
- Prepare deals to send to multiple lenders
- Billing DMV paperwork for deliveries
- Maintain record of motor vehicle for future MVC audits
- Wholesale deals
- Flipping titles
- Provide additional support as needed
Knowledge of CDK (ADP)/Reg USA/NJCAR/CVR preferred.
