Automotive Parts Counterperson - Mercedes-Benz/Sprinter
Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, which opened in 2018 as a brand new facility, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Parts Advisor to join the ever-growing team.
We have an immediate opening for a Parts Counterperson.

Mercedes-Benz/Sprinter experience preferred but will consider training the right candidates.
Job Description:
Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
- You will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to internal and external customers while providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work in a Team environment
- Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping
- Maintain product knowledge of Mercedes Benz/Sprinter vehicle components
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items
- Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers and vendors.
- Professional phone skills and ability to advise customers of the appropriate parts to purchase.
Qualifications:
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Must be able to work flexible work schedules including Saturdays
- Knowledge of basic automotive components and systems
- Prior Parts Advisor, Counterperson experience necessary in a dealership or retail setting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Wholesale/Commercial experience is a plus
- Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- German Automotive Experience is a plus
