The Service Greeter is the face of our dealership and plays a key role in providing an outstanding guest experience from the moment customers arrive. Your goal is to create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so your professionalism, warmth, and dedication to customer service are critical to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors, clients, and potential customers with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide a seamless and informative experience.
- Escort customers to appropriate departments (sales, service, etc.), ensuring they are properly introduced to the team.
- Offer guests a selection of refreshments and snacks, elevating their overall experience while they wait.
- Manage customer expectations by coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience.
- Ensure that the showroom environment remains pristine, organized, and reflective of the luxury experience associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (e.g., customer check-ins, appointment scheduling).
- Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers by offering refreshments, snacks, and other amenities.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver an exceptional hospitality experience.
- Assist with any special events or promotions to elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Passion for providing exceptional service and making every customer feel special.
- A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, consistent with the luxury brand.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or luxury brands is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry objects, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Ability to work in a garage environment, which may include exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
