Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveries
- Verify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO)
- Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by the customer
- Be the contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documents
- Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run
- After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.
- Return deals to CBO
- Help resolve funding delays in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
