Key Responsibilities:
As a Coster/Biller, you will play a critical role in our operations, including:
- Processing paperwork from the F&I Department.
- Posting vehicle sales and purchases.
- Preparing checks for payoffs, referrals, and refunds.
- Costing and finalizing deals for accounting.
- Maintaining accurate reports and logs of daily transactions.
- Working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Handling various accounting tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dealership costing experience is a must.
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software (preferred).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Computer literacy and organizational skills.
