In this role as a Customer Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in our customer service operations by assisting clients with scheduling appointments for their vehicle assessments and repairs.
This position involves managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure our customers receive timely and efficient service.

Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound calls from Customers seeking appointments for vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Make Outbound calls to follow-up with customers and schedule necessary appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing and appointment availability.
- Maintain customer-focused approach to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to prioritize appointments based on urgency and availability.
- Utilize CRM Software to log and book customer interactions and update customer vehicle appointments
