Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Set service appointments and route appointment information to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Assist in handing and routing incoming service calls, as necessary
- Assist Service Advisors with pre-writes
- Greet service customers
- Check service customers in with tablet
- Back-up shuttle driver
- Handle small tasks/errands for Service Advisors to allow them to be more efficient
- Become certified with OEM and maintain certification
- Assist with morning amenities duties and throughout the day
- Assist with loaner car process and make sure they are ready for the next day
- Assist Service Manager with projects
- Perform service follow up calls/emails
- Assist with cashier duties in the morning, lunch and breaks
- Reconcile cash receipts
- Enter warranty credits
Required Qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Provide outstanding customer experience
- Organized, analytic, with the ability to multi-task and take direction
- Two years experience in customer service in a call center or business development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive/ dealership experience
- Experience with multi-line phones
- CDK experience
Position Details:
Compensation: this position includes the potential to earn regular performance related bonuses and spiffs. Pay rate is ultimately determined by experience.
Schedule for this position can be flexible within a Monday-Friday shift. Schedule possibilities include 4 ten-hour shifts, 5 eight-hour shifts, etc. Schedule will be determined by the hiring manager.
Reports to: Service Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
