SUMMARY
Ensures that all customers needs are met by tending to all customers and helping Service advisors with any and all duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensures that Service Department customers are greeted timely and courteously and vehicles properly checked in.
Customers are directed to the proper location as they enter the Service Drive.
Exterior and interior of vehicles are washed and cleaned and doorjambs are wiped down
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
