What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Concierge position at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco?

Duties:
- Become a Mercedes-Benz product expert including detailed operational knowledge of all user interfaces and technologies within every Mercedes-Benz vehicle that we sell, service, and purchase
- Communicate with clients in person, on the phone, and via email and text, with an energetic attitude
- Scheduling clients and prospective clients for deliveries
- Provide an extensive, customer-centered product delivery experience through explaining complex product features and assisting customers in setting up and maintaining their vehicle’s features
- Support sales consultants with product-related tasks
- Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate data is entered into our Sales Management System and CRM
- Leverage social media to market new and used vehicle inventory
Qualifications:
- Effective communicator with a high acumen for customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a passion for the automotive industry and Mercedes-Benz products
- Be highly skilled in learning and adapting to new technology
- Possess confidence in utilizing social media
- Ensure a calm demeanor with customers in stressful situations
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
