Sprinter Mobile Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Performs repairs on-location at the client's vehicle in a mobile setting
- Requires travel to and from each mobile service site in a mobile service vehicle
- Performs multi-point inspections, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed
- Performs open Manufacturer Recalls
- Works with Service Consultant to communicate vehicle needs and proper vehicle repairs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining efficiency and exceeding customer expectations
- Keeps work area clean, operates with professionalism and with attention to safety standards.
- Helps maintain equipment and mobile service vehicle, keeps inventory of tools.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- At least 1-3 years working with European vehicles
- Works with fellow co-workers with a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Acceptance by the dealership's Insurance Company as required
