COMPENSATION: $62,000-$95,000

State of the Art Brand new 177inch wheelbase Sprinter Mobile Service Van fully equipped with all tools, compressor, oil system, Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment, parts storage system, and Customer Interface System .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Performs all repairs at the clients vehicles in a mobile setting.
- Requires travel from each mobile service site.
- Works to perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs utilizing all tools available in order to do so.
- Performs safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed.
- Performs open Manufacturer Recalls.
- Performs Roadside Assistance calls which can include, tire swaps, lock outs, jump starts, battery replacements, fuel top offs and other services.
- Works with Service Consultant to communicate vehicle needs and proper vehicle repairs.
- Perform at a high efficiency to complete client’s vehicles and operates by utilizing lean production methods in order to do so.
- Keeps work areas neat, clean and free of all clutter; operating in a high professional environment, also leaves mobile site cleaner than it was when we arrived.
- Helps maintain shop equipment and tools; returning them once complete.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
- Must be Customer oriented
- Mobile Tech Experience a plus, not required
- Must be comfortable speaking directly with clients at the mobile service locations
- Familiar with auto industry and Mercedes-Benz product a plus, not required
- Experience with Sprinter brand strongly preferred
- Enrolled in or completed Technician Training
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven team environment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
