POSITION SUMMARY
The Atlanta Falcons brand marketing team is charged with developing and delivering a strategic, comprehensive direction for the Falcons brand. Aspects of this direction include, but are not limited to, brand narrative and creative direction development, ticket sales and service marketing, sponsorship marketing, grassroots marketing, retail marketing, influencer marketing and much more. This talented group leverages the entire marketing mix across brand strategy, advertising, digital engagement and media outreach to create emotional connections with our fans both locally and nationally.

As a member of this group, the Atlanta Falcons Brand Marketing Seasonal is responsible for assisting with the ideation, planning, execution and measurement of all Falcons ticket sales marketing initiatives and activations. He/she will work closely with other departments such as Digital, Graphic Design, Email, Ticket Sales and Services, and Data and Analytics to assist the Brand Marketing department in executing effective marketing campaigns to generate interest and excitement around the team and its games, and to build and maintain a strong brand image. This includes assisting the Integrated Ticket Sales Marketing Team in developing and implementing advertising, promotional, and public relations strategies and fan events to reach the team's target audience. He/she will report to the Atlanta Falcons Senior Marketing Manager for Ticket Sales and Services. This seasonal position has a start date of Monday, July 7, 2025 and will end at the conclusion of the 2025 Falcons season. 

This seasonal will have exposure to opportunities such as:
  • Email and SMS marketing
  • Creative input and direction for Falcons ticket marketing advertisements
  • Gameday responsibilities at Atlanta Falcons home games
  • Falcons grassroots marketing initiatives and activations
  • Building excitement and creating unforgettable experiences
This fast-paced, challenging opportunity requires an energetic, proactive brand steward to help develop clearly defined strategies, assist in communicating our brand identity as well as meet our ongoing sales demand. He/she should exhibit strong leadership, collaboration and organization skills with the ability to translate consumer insights and market understanding into detailed and meaningful marketing strategies that enhance brand affinity and significantly contribute to sales and ticketing business objectives. Must have a data-driven mindset with an expertise in dissecting and understanding target audiences to foster long term brand loyalty.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Aid in all ideations, planning, execution and measurement of all Falcons ticket sales marketing initiatives and activations while managing deliverables in an efficient, timely manner.
  • Responsible for helping the Integrated Ticket Sales Marketing Team develop initiatives and tactics that will maximize the brand's awareness, build a deeper connection to fans and drive qualified sales leads. This will be done through creation and deployment of experiential content that is meaningful to both fans, season ticket members and our partners, including but not limited to: static advertisement, video advertisement, paid media, email marketing and SMS marketing.
  • Bring innovative ideas and a highly collaborative mindset to the team to create content that resonates with multiple target demographics to inspire Falcons fans and ultimately drives business results.
  • Draft copy and gather assets for marketing email and SMS communications.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of ticket sales marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall brand, business and sales objectives. 
  • Help serve as a liaison between the brand marketing team and other internal teams to ensure maximized and efficient productivity. 
  • Clear understanding of omni-channel marketing, mapping the fan journey and ability to pull the right levers within key marketing systems to achieve both brand and business goals.
  • Keen understanding of relevant tools to help measure ROI for all initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Understand metrics reports tying together the marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze CRM and additional market data to develop insights and make recommendations on target areas for implementation.
  • Gain exposure into team’s grassroots marketing and retail marketing efforts.

SKILLS 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-first environment managing multiple projects at once.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing; ancillary experience in communications and/or ticket sales is also encouraged. 
  • Experience in copywriting is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to help solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Understanding and ability to contribute to the overall Falcons brand strategy. 
  • Knowledge and execution of marketing, data and insights gathering, and measurement is a must.
  • Presents complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others to adopt a different point of view when necessary. 
  • Must be able to work with a multitude of marketing and business backgrounds but help foster an organization-wide culture that consistently seeks to translate data into emotion.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree and proven experience in marketing, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; ancillary experience in communications and/or ticket sales is also encouraged.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated career interest in sports and entertainment.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
  • Five hours of weekend availability for home gamedays or grassroots activations
  • This seasonal will spend the majority of the fellowship based at Mercedes-Benz Stadium with opportunities to engage at the Atlanta Falcons Training Facility in Flowery Branch, GA. Must have reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely across marketing, digital and communications team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all initiatives.
  • Experience with analysis, reporting and recapping of digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience working within a sports and/or consumer brand and high-paced, demanding professional setting preferred.
  • Must have a passion for continuous learning.
