Job Overview
The goal of our summer internship is to enhance a student’s education through a corporate employment relationship with MBUSA. This 8-10 week, paid program will provide exposure to all levels of leadership across various business units.
During this internship, you will work in the Vehicle Ordering & Inventory Management team. Understand our business and figure how best to organize the structure/reporting for ease of reference on all new vehicle orders and inventory. This will include ad hoc reporting on vehicle movement and aged inventory. In addition, assist the Vehicle Operations & Customs Team to create a customs archiving system called LOO. Set up the IT system, understand our business and figure how best to organize the structure for ease of reference for government agencies.

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in in a Bachelor's program.
During this 8-10 week summer internship, you will be required to report the office 3 times a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Support Export/Ordering/Inventory Management team with ad hoc reporting on vehicle movement and ageing inventory
- Create structure in our new LODO arching systems to help the Customs team archive all pertaining documents related to import and exports vehicles and parts.
- Assist with updating presentations as needed
Qualifications / Education
Education
To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in in a Bachelor's program.
- Program must be related to the business area of this internship
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated abilities in multitasking and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Vios or flow charts
- Customs or supply chain interest, but not needed
