Job Overview

The Dealer Support Center (DSC) is a transformative team dedicated to supporting our dealers and field teams by providing access to essential tools and resources. Our mission is to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and dealer performance. Acting as a single point of contact, the DSC addresses the day-to-day operational needs of dealership personnel and MB field support teams. Our team is composed of highly knowledgeable and resourceful individuals with diverse backgrounds and extensive experience within the organization. The Dealer Support Center operates from the MBUSA “1MB” Headquarters in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

The Dealer Support Center Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and management of two new systems: a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and a contact tool. These systems are designed to consolidate and integrate various business units within Mercedes-Benz USA. As product owners of these systems, the DSC is responsible for gathering feedback, implementing, and rolling out enhancements, communicating updates, hosting webinars, and training others within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive reports and analyze data trends to support decision-making processes.
  • Map and engineer new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the entire Mercedes-Benz organization.
  • Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely and successful implementation of new systems.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform system enhancements.
  • Implement and roll out system enhancements, ensuring effective communication of updates.
  • Help to host webinars and training sessions to educate and support users within the organization.
  • Focus on ensuring the seamless success and satisfaction of our dealer partners.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in in a Bachelor's program.

Additional Information

During this 8-10 week summer internship, you will be required to report to the office 3 times a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
