At MDH Network, we support adult Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical conditions, and/or behavioral challenges that reside in our adult residential facilities (“homes”) located in Southern California. We are seeking a seasoned administrator with a background in the adult residential sector. The successful candidate will be seeking a values-based company that is committed to fulfilling our responsibility to the Individuals, our employees, and the communities we serve.
Reporting to the regional director of operations, this position is responsible for:
- mentoring and supporting the administrators that oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned adult residential homes located throughout Southern California,
- managing the 24-hour daily operation of an assigned facility in accordance with state and federal laws, Home & Community Based Services (HCBS), Title 17, and Title 22 standards,
- managing the region’s Associate Administrator and providing a development plan in which they coordinate, supervise, and mentor the Associate Administrator through a directly supervised Administrator-In-Training program in preparation to become certified.
In collaboration with regional director, provides best in class advice and support on systems and processes that have a strong, positive impact on the facilities’ achievement of the key performance indicators (“KPIs”). Creates opportunities to achieve long lasting, impactful, and positive relationships to drive employee engagement and ultimately positive outcomes for the Individuals that we serve and support.
This position will also be responsible for several projects which support the strategic growth of the business and will be instrumental in the development of the company in Southern California.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, social services, or any related discipline required or a minimum of five (5) years of full-time work experience with Individuals with dual diagnosis or forensic involvement required
- Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years of working with regional centers required
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with direct reports and business partners

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
