As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive our online marketing strategy with a focus on email campaigns, content creation, and lead generation. You’ll work hands-on with tools like HubSpot and Adobe Commerce to build targeted campaigns, improve conversion rates, and support sales goals. If you're skilled at turning data into action, love clean design, and enjoy juggling multiple projects—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Create and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Design and maintain landing pages, lead capture forms, and product-focused marketing content.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other tools to create compelling visuals, infographics, and email templates.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using marketing dashboards and tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Manage and update digital content on our e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce) to support product launches and promotions.
- Assist with organizing trade shows and industry events, including pre- and post-event marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, SEO, and content strategy.
- Ability to design and manage landing pages, forms, and basic web content (HTML/CSS a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate marketing ROI.
- Trade show or event coordination experience is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical, scientific, or healthcare-related marketing.
- Working knowledge of B2B e-commerce platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are a bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
