This role is an incredible opportunity to break into medical sales. Initially, you will be partnering with a Senior Rep, and under their guidance, you will be trained to sell medical products, build customer relationships, and ultimately meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales Outreach:
- Cold call and prospect for new business, promoting high-margin, easy-to-sell products across markets like clinical, histology, toxicology, and DOA testing.
- Re-engage lost customers to win back business and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with customers and introduce them to new products, promotions, and services like standing orders and online account setup.Manage existing clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in individual and group coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Administrative & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate customer records and update our database/CRM with all interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all communication.
- Collaborate & Stay Informed:
- Work closely with your Senior Sales Rep, as well as other internal teams (marketing, purchasing, etc.) and stay up to date on industry trends to better meet customer needs.
What You Bring
- Sales Drive & Interpersonal Skills:
- Previous experience in tele-sales or outbound sales is preferred, but a proactive, coachable attitude is essential.
- Superb communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms, with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-Motivation:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and remain organized.
- Reliability:
- Punctuality, attendance, and adherence to policies are critical to success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
