Duties
Duties Responsibilities :
Place outbound calls to prospects for developing new leads.
Researching and mapping leads to find out the decision-makers and influencers.
Execute an established daily cadence of prospecting and conversations.
Ability to penetrate targeted accounts with an innovative and strategic approach
Manage each lead / prospect and provide detailed notes of each interaction
Use different methods of communication to gain access to new leads.
Generate sales leads through literature drops, mail, e-mail and campaigns
Work with enterprise sales executives handing over qualified opportunities
Requirements
Retail or business development experience a must
Flooring experience a plus
Design experience a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and written skills.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data
Computer skills
Motivated to continuous self-development and training.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Background check a must
