Position : Utility Position
Location : 5200 Virginia Rd
Schedule : Full-time (flexible shifts available)
Compensation : Competitive pay benefits
Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on public transportation facilities, including stations, offices, and bus shelters.
Address minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues as needed.
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance concerns.
Assist with equipment installations and facility upgrades.
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and functionality.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety and high-quality work standards.
Availability for occasional emergency calls or urgent repairs.
Must be able to pass physical, drug testing and background checks.
CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred.
