Job Description: Supervisor of Programs and Clinical Services
Position Overview: The Supervisor of Programs and Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services and the development of prevention and education programs. This role involves supervising therapists and counselors, ensuring the quality of program and service delivery, and collaborating with the Executive Director to develop and implement policies and procedures. The Supervisor will also participate in meetings and coordinate the submission of reports on program outcomes. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to therapists and counselors.
- Provide individual, family and group counseling services, and substance abuse evaluations
- Develop and implement prevention and clinical practice policies and procedures in conjunction with the Executive Director.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of program and service delivery.
- Participate in organizational meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
- Coordinate and assist with the submission of reports on program outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ensure adherence to grant requirements and reporting.
- Demonstrate familiarity with grant writing, management, and compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Independently licensed, and eligible to provide clinical supervision in the State of Wyoming.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of best practices in clinical services and program development.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
- Office-based with some travel to program sites as needed.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range: 50,000-70,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Travel Requirements:
- This position requires occasional travel within the county and state of Wyoming for meetings, events, and conferences. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
Physical Demands:
