Ideal Candidate Requirements :

Experience : At least 1 year of experience as a host in a fine casual dining or fine dining setting.
Availability : Open availability, including mornings, nights and weekends.
Hospitality Skills : A guest-first approach with the ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Team Player : Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Technology : Experience with OpenTable is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner.

Interact with guests, staff members, and supervisors politely and professionally.

Oversee the dining room to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Ensure that all guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Take and manage reservations in a timely and efficient manner.

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.

Assist in coordinating the activities of the dining room staff to ensure fast, friendly service.

Schedule Requirements :

Must be available to work Mornings, Nights, and W eekends .
