As a Logistics Qualifications Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in upholding carrier compliance, safety, and reliability within our network.
Essential Job Functions : Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Reviews and assesses carrier qualifications, including insurance certificates, safety ratings, operating authority, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verifies and maintains accurate carrier documents, such as permits, licenses, and insurance, to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Accurately inputs and updates carrier information and documentation in our database systems.
- Approves or rejects carriers based on qualifications.
- Notifies carriers of pending expiration of insurance or contracts.
- Handles telephone traffic in order to maximize effective use of broker-carrier truck availability.
- Handles check calls and advance requests from drivers and dispatchers in accordance with established policy.
Requirements :
Education Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent
