Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business for our innovative payment solutions. This role offers extensive paid training and access to high-value warm leads, providing a strong foundation for career advancement and substantial earning potential. With an uncapped commission structure, this role is ideal for sales professionals eager to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and warm leads from business owners requesting information on our products and services (POS systems, terminals, payment processing).
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads and identifying key decision-makers.
- Assess client needs, addressing pain points in their payment processing, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from the initial call to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Risk/Underwriting, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales, specifically selling merchant services and/or MCA loans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, proprietary CRM).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
