Client Relations Associate for Funeral Services

Funeral Home Entry level position available. May lead to Internship if desired.

DUTIES:

Answering phones (some night shifts are a possibility)

Willingness to assist with removals (we will train)

Scheduling on google calendar

Greeting clients

Data Entry (accuracy required)

Filing

Tracking inventory

Light office cleaning

Good computer knowledge, familiar with Word, Excel

Efficient typing skills

Desk Top Publishing of funeral related items

Updating on-line websites with service details

Assisting the funeral director with their daily responsibilities

Working services and visitations as needed

WAGE: $18 - $22 per hour

Summary

In the role of Funeral Home Associate - Entry Level, you will support the funeral home team in delivering compassionate services to families during their time of need. Reporting to the Funeral Director, you will utilize core skills in funeral directing while also providing bereavement support to grieving families. Your responsibilities will include event planning and assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. With a focus on customer service and accuracy, you will play a vital role in ensuring a respectful and organized environment for memorial services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
