- Engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to generate sales leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales data.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively..
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on sales
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Knowledge of technology and technical sales
