What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Representative position at Merchants Bank?
As a Financial Services Representative at Merchants Bank, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to offer a range of banking products and services that meet the diverse financial needs of our customers. You will engage with them through various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, opening new deposit account relationships, consumer lending, and providing product recommendations in an efficient and friendly manner.
You will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable with extensive customer contact, have sales experience, and demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize. A background in banking is desirable.
Your working hours will vary between 7:45am-5:45pm Monday – Friday and a Saturday morning rotation from 8:45am – 12:15pm. Occasional shifts may take place at nearby branches.
