We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team at Merchants Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and triaging the daily third-party appraisal ordering and evaluation process for Consumer and Commercial/Ag loan types.
In this role, you will provide follow-up and support for lenders and customers on various types of real estate valuations, ensuring that compliance and guidelines are being met. You will also become a subject matter expert regarding real estate valuation best practices.
To succeed in this position, you will need a strong background in finance, accounting, or general business, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of banking experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
