At Merchants Bank, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Universal Banker. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work 32 hours a week.
This role involves serving customers by processing various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, and opening new deposit accounts. You will provide exceptional customer service and proactively offer a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, comfortable with extensive customer contact, sales experience, and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize. Cash handling experience is required, and banking experience is a plus.
The working hours will vary between Monday through Thursday, 7:15am-5:15pm, Friday, 7:15am-5:45pm, and a Saturday morning rotation. Occasional shifts may take place at nearby branches.
