Position Summary:
Quality Control Manager/Inspector acts independently through a working schedule building reviews to monitor the level of janitorial service provided to the client. The Quality Control
Manager/Inspector also generates daily reports for Supervisors to review and respond. Weekly reports are provided to the Project Manager.
Essential Functions:
Quality Control Manager/Inspector acts independently through a working schedule building reviews to monitor the level of janitorial service provided to the client. The Quality Control
Manager/Inspector also generates daily reports for Supervisors to review and respond. Weekly reports are provided to the Project Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Perform quality audits and inspections to specifications.
- Ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Provide reports to Project Manager and coordinate with supervisors to ensure proper corrective actions have been made.
- Manage the company’s web-based Quality Control management system. Maintain reports and inspections documentation.
- Present findings, reports, and programs summary in formal meetings with client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prepare accounts for LEED Certification
- Schedule periodic cleaning, per contract.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Skill in both verbal and written communication
- Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
- Minimum of (2) years managing janitorial operation and experience in service/customer oriented environment
- Basic methods, materials, tools and equipment used in custodial work and routine
- maintenance.
- Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies.
- Strong computer skills (Excel; Word; Outlook; Access, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to multi-task, have strong follow through and be able to work
- independently.
- Ability to learn and use web-based programs.
- Able to work well with all levels of employees and managers
- Ability to perform job with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
High School Education or equivalent
- 1-3 years of recent, professional Quality Control inspection experience
- Previous experience in a similar capacity and environment
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean record
