On a typical day, our Multifamily Closing Analyst provides support to our Investment Real Estate Underwriters. Support includes everything from kick-off calls with our clients all the way through to closing. You will help coordinate due diligence documents, answer client questions as they arise, and update all internal reporting systems. In one year as a Multifamily Closing Analyst, you will know you were successful if you…
- Order, track, & maintain 3rd party reports.
- Request, retrieve, and track due diligence documents from the client.
- Effectively communicated with third party vendors, borrowers, counsel, and internal personnel.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and keep projects on strict timelines to meet appropriate benchmarks and approvals to close the loans on time.
- Became the expert for all applicable loan policies and procedures both internally and required by federal banking requirements
- Submit and track insurance reviews with internal staff to ensure compliance with Bank requirements.
What we are looking for…
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution, a bachelor’s degree is preferred. 2 years of relevant professional work experience with an emphasis in financial analysis, general loan administration, and/or real estate development financial management will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
- Intermediate experience with all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management and organizational skills and a details approach to completing daily tasks.
