Our Senior Asset Management Analyst on the Private Label team will help support asset managers when clients are requesting reports and statements from loan packets. Additionally, you will be managing spread financials during quarterly cycles, pulling reports and boarding new loans into internal software, and timely correspondence with external stakeholders. Receive side by side training from multiple members of the FHA Asset Management team to subversive loans and adhere to HUD guidelines. In one year as a Senior Asset Management Analyst, you will know if you were successful if you…
- Service, maintain and troubleshoot assigned tasks related to Healthcare & Multifamily mortgage loans.
- Spread and analyze financial statements on Excel and/or the System of Record.
- Assist Asset Manager(s) with the onboarding of loans, escrows, and covenants.
- Support Asset Manager(s) in tracking of required financials from Borrowers.
- Provide clear, concise, and proactive communication to colleagues and clients when required.
- Assist in providing loan and escrow histories as requested by clients.
- Process replacement reserve and repair disbursement requests.
- Manage audit confirmations and audit information retrieval.
- Other ad-hoc requests as needed.
What we are looking for...
- Requires strong analytical skills for reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong preference for Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Background experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
- Requires strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong project management skills to differentiate client inboxes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. An Associate’s degree, high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution accepted with 1 to 3 years of relevant professional work experience with an emphasis in financial analysis, general loan administration, and/or real estate development financial management.
