Align senior executive team upfront on strategy, vision, benefits, and approach- Establish sponsorship and program governance
- Leverage consistent program methodology to develop roadmaps that identify critical milestones to go from current state to desired state
- Provide visibility to critical known risks and interdependencies
- Provide updates on initiative progress, its cost and benefits, and recommended course corrections
- Enable business process and people change management
- Provide necessary and timely communications
- Manage risk by ensuring timely discussions of issues and enabling decision making
- Assist functional teams with structure, overall cross functional knowledge, and coordination to enable deliverables
- Build roadmaps and work breakdown structures, identifying cross functional dependencies/implications
Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge generally associated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Master’s preferred- 10-15 years’ experience in business management, strategy or operations including 7 years leading projects and teams
- 10-15 years’ experience in roles requiring critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
- Exemplary time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience leading without authority, horizonal program management, an influencing/coaching upward, lateral, and downwards
- High degree of knowledge of program/project management fundamentals including managing scope, timelines, and budgets
