Job : Investor Loan Originator Assistant
Location : Sacramento, CA
Roles and Responsibilities
- Request and review borrower documents, entity structures, and insurance / escrow contacts.
- Assist borrowers in completing necessary documents for loan processing.
- Review and clear loan approval conditions and ensure compliance.
- Enter loan data into the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and processing teams to meet closing deadlines.
- Pre-underwrite loans per company guidelines, analyzing financials, credit, and collateral.
- Manage loan pipelines, ensuring funding conditions are met on time.
- Order and review third-party reports (e.g., appraisals and inspections).
- Communicate loan decisions clearly to borrowers, brokers, and stakeholders.
