Do you love data, problem solving and automation? We are looking for a new addition to our procurement department, on the Business Systems and Process Improvement team. We are actively recruiting for a passionate individual who can transform complex data sets into meaningful insights that will help us transform the way we work including partnering with global teams to solution new automation solutions.

Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • The specialist will partake in participating in feasibility analysis, solutioning new automation opportunities, developing use cases and creating documentation to support each automation journey.
  • Additionally, the specialist will manage long term project work and/or ad-hoc reporting requests to improve category management, stakeholder and supplier interactions.
  • They will be required to work in a team environment as well as with external stakeholders.
  • We need someone who is willing to potentially learn a new skill set and do all that is needed to get the job done.
  • Analyze source system data to understand the data structures, definitions, and anomalies.
  • Quality and quantify automation opportunities through ideation to solution implementation.
  • Interact with sourcing and procurement professionals to develop process maps and requirements, partner with various, global automation teams to identify the best technology solution.
  • Implement creative solutions to new problems.
  • Interpret data sets, analyze results, and draw conclusions using statistical methodologies and mathematical formulas by leveraging visualization tools and statistical tools.
  • Develop and implement methods of automation to collect and model large amounts of data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to utilize RPA technology to automate and streamline existing business processes.
  • Find external data sets that can be leveraged by the business to drive more meaningful decisions.
  • Effectively establish dashboards and KPI's that help create actionable analytics for all levels of the organization and multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain the refreshes and ongoing future enhancements to procurement dashboards.
  • Define areas for improvement or optimization of an existing process.
  • Manage documentation, data collection, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system documentation.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

*Bachelor's Degree in one of the following preferred fields:
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering Disciplines
  • Mathematics
  • Business Analytics
  • A similar Bachelor's Degree within a field demonstrating technical competencies.

*Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience (relevant co-ops and or internship experiences will be considered).

Preferred Skills
  • Strong knowledge of visualization software(s): AERA, Celonis, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.
  • Deep understanding of SQL, Python and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerAutomate and PowerApps.
  • Experience working with relational databases and programming experience is highly preferred. Relational databases like excel tables, most common
  • End-to-end capable design expert that can perform all phases of the BI development lifecycle including gathering business requirements, designing, and modeling schemas, development of visualizations, deployment, and support. Went through each section while getting certified as business analyst.
  • Understanding and experience of ERP platforms: preferably SAP Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software standardizes, streamlines, and integrates business processes across finance, human resources, procurement, distribution, and other departments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of finance and cash flow with respect to corporate purchasing.
  • Ability to both think critically as well as communicate effectively with a global audience.
  • Database design development, data mining, report writing, presenting findings.
  • Experience working with an Agile Methodology a plus.
  • Strong communications and PowerPoint visualization skills.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Expected US salary range:
$77,700.00 - $122,300.00
