Please do not share outside of the organization.Your role : As Corporate Counsel in the Life Science legal department, you will serve as a valued business partner to groups within the Science and Lab Solutions business of MilliporeSigma, which offers a broad portfolio of scientific products and tools for customers across academia, pharma, industrial, testing, and diagnostics. Specifically, you will provide a full range of legal support for the SLS Commercial Americas organization, including drafting and negotiating various agreements, providing guidance to business leaders on relevant legal and business matters, reviewing, evaluating, and advising internal clients on business opportunities and process improvements, identifying and mitigating risk, coordinating and leading outside counsel for vital topics, and training colleagues and internal clients on related legal issues and standards.
