Team is hybrid with 3 days a week in-office expected. Local travel to other nearby sites (e.g., Boston, Bedford) will be required depending on project needs.Travel : Travel requirements vary by project, estimated 10% domestic and international travel for workshops and internal meetings.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications : An advanced degree (MD / PhD / MBA / MS) in science, engineering, business, or supply chain is required and 2 years of experience.Management consulting experience.Preferred Qualifications : Strong preference for candidates with expertise in supply chain, functional operations (e.g., marketing, business development, operational excellence, new product planning), data & digital or the semiconductor industry (e.g., semi-materials).Management consulting experience as a generalist or with a focus on life science, pharmaceuticals, electronics / semiconductor, and / or chemicals is a plus.Excellent experience supporting cross-functional projects in a global matrix organization.Initial leadership experience, leading or co-leading projects, cases, or workstreams.Substantial project experience in business strategy and operations, including commercial cases.Versed in conflict resolution and executive communication.
