Your Role:
The Senior Associate Master Data Quality Analyst at MilliporeSigma will be instrumental in upholding data integrity by ensuring the accurate setup and consistent maintenance of quality master data across various ERP and electronic systems. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and conducting proactive procedural reviews
- Onboard and train new Quality Management analysts, serving as a technical expert and primary point of contact for subject matter expertise
- Proactively manage and cleanse quality master data, guaranteeing accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Administer Quality Management change requests through established control systems, ensuring thorough documentation and timely execution
- Lead and drive local Quality System improvement projects, contributing to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Actively participate in ERP system implementations and upgrades, representing Quality Management needs and ensuring seamless integration
- Investigate and resolve quality master data discrepancies originating from Quality Control, implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Serve as a key point of contact for Quality Management inquiries and complaints from internal business units, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Provide comprehensive support during customer and internal quality audits, ensuring successful compliance and demonstrating adherence to standards
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Computer Science or other Life Science discipline
- 1 year of experience in master data functions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with hands-on experience in SAP (specifically QM)
- Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Well-developed organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and detail
- Experience in project management methodologies and execution
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, enabling effective collaboration
