This includes designing, developing, and characterizing cell culture processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process transfer to clinical and commercial manufacturing sites.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biologics process development
Requirements
* Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or related field with 3 years' experience
* Master's degree with 7 years' experience in relevant field
* Strong background in mammalian cell culture, fed-batch processes, and CHO cell biology
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
